How is the infrastructure of NIT Kurukshetra in comparison with other NITs?

Here are a few pros and cons pertaining to the infrastructure of NIT Kurukshetra 

Pros

• The hostels are amazing with all basic amenities like internet connectivity. 
• There is a huge Sports Complex which has a gym and swimming pool too. 
• NIT Kurukshetra has a huge library decked with a variety of books. There are reading rooms for students to study.
• Students have many options for eating both inside and outside the campus.
• The campus has a market that sells all basic goods. 
• There is an SBI branch in the market. ATM.
• The Lecture Hall Complex was constructed recently and has the most modern facilities.
• The Open Air Theatre holds all the cultural events, star nights, etc. 
• The SAC - Students’ Activity Centre is where the artists, dancers, singers, and musicians practice.

Cons

• The campus faces an intense hot climate and most of the classes have no air-conditioning facilities. You will find fans everywhere except for the computer labs, CCN, and library.
• The laboratories are not equipped with the latest instruments as most of them are obsolete.

You can clearly see how the pros overshadow the cons. NIT Kurukshetra campus has witnessed huge changes over the past few years because the new Director of the institute is working hard to improve the infrastructure. So you can expect things to get better!
