Here is the 2020 GATE cutoff (rank-wise) for various M.Tech programs at IIT Gandhinagar to give you a basic idea-

Materials Science and Technology	571	553	642	-

Civil Engineering	441	500	641	400
Chemical Engineering	577	402	-	375
Computer Science Engineering	721	614	-	452

For General Category, the cutoffs were the highest for the CSE program, at rank 721. For the CSE program, the cutoffs for OBC and SC/ST candidates stood at 402 and 452 ranks respectively.

These were the 2020 GATE cutoffs at IIT Gandhinagar for various M.Tech programs.
