Will it be a good decision to join nicmar?

It totally depends on the kind of profile you have. Your goals and preferences will determine if you should join NICMAR or not. Though NICMAR has been graded as a good college and the faculty is nice. The hands-on experience one gets is exceptional. 

However, if the salary is your concern, you should rethink your decision because the average package offered here is INR 6.75 LPA. You can choose based on what your long-term goal is, what your profile is, and where you want to work. NICMAR has very good faculties and gives you a good workshop experience.
