These two courses, PGP in QSCM and HSEM, are offered only at the Hyderabad campus. As both these courses are very specialized so they ensure core jobs in core sectors.

The main reasons why most people feel reluctant to join these courses are;

As these courses are very profile specific so the scope gets further narrowed down.
As these courses are offered by only NICMAR in India so people feel alone and don't have much scope.

Nevertheless, if you are really interested in the above courses then you should go for them because they are really good. PGP in QSCM will open the construction sector and the PGP in HSEM will bring opportunities in petroleum, manufacturing, and mining.
