Below are PUMBA's admission steps.
Entrance Exam: Appear for CET, MAT, or CAT. India's national MBA entrance exams. PUMBA entrance requires passing one of these exams.
Application Form: Fill out the PUMBA website's online application form after receiving your CET/MAT/CAT score. General category applicants pay Rs. 1000/- and reserved category applicants Rs. 500/-.
Group Discussion and Personal Interview: Your CET/MAT/CAT score and application form will determine your eligibility for GD and PI rounds. This round tests your communication, attentiveness, and analysis. The PUMBA website will announce GD/PI dates.
Final Merit List: After the GD/PI round, PUMBA will announce a final merit list based on your CET/MAT/CAT result. GD/PI performance, work experience, academic background, etc. The PUMBA website will display the final merit list.
NRI Category:
PUMBA provides a special category for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) MBA applicants. The admission process for NRIs is different:
Application Form: NRIs must complete the PUMBA website's online application form. NRI applicants pay $100.
Qualifying Exam: NRIs can take GMAT/CAT/MAT/GRE. GMAT requires 550, CAT 80 percentile, and MAT 650.
GD/PI Round: NRIs will be shortlisted based on their qualifying exam score and application form. The PUMBA website will announce GD/PI dates.
Final Merit List: After the GD/PI round, PUMBA will announce a final merit list based on qualifying exam score, GD/PI performance, work experience, academic background, etc. The PUMBA website will display the final merit list.
