IIT BHU faculty for M.TEch ECE is good. The faculties are well experienced. Most of the faculty members have their Ph.D. The HOD of ECE department is Prof. Vishwambhar Nath Mishra. He has many publications to his name.
The faculties have received many awards. Dr. Somak Bhattacharyya who teaches Microwave Engineering, Metasurface, Terahertz, was selected for the IEEE UP Section Young Professional Star for the month of February 2021.
