How can I get a scholarship in Hong Kong?

In Hong Kong, international students can avail various government, non-government and university provided scholarships. The scholarships in Hong Kong are majorly merit based and few scholarships are need based. Students are automatically considered for some of the university scholarships based on their merit. For the other university scholarships and external grants, students need to apply separately.
