Is Annamalai University's graduation degree in Distance Education not valid for admission in a PG from IGNOU? IGNOU rejected my admission due to this reason. What should I do?

If a university issues a certificate to a student who passed a written examination in a state other than the university's territorial jurisdiction. For example, if a state university grants admission and conducts exams in another state, the results will be invalid under UGCC regulations.
