Below are the steps that you can follow to get a Migration Certificate from IGNOU:

Fill out the form. Make an Rs. 400/- DD. Make a photocopy of the mark sheet and the certificate/provisional certificate.
Submit these documents to your regional center, not by post.
You should receive your migration certificate within the next two hours.

You will not face any complications in the process because it is a simple process.
