The Career Development Cell facilitates the process of placements for graduates and post-graduate students at the University, besides collaborating with prominent organizations in setting up of internship and training programs for students. Career Development Cell handles the placement policies which is assisted by Professor In-charge and students’ Placement Committee.

Some of the leading recruiters of PDPU include companies like ONGC, ExxonMobil, Shell, Oil India, L&T, Reliance Industries, Adani Wilmar, Ceat Tyres, Tata Chemicals, Infosys, Deepak Nitrite, Torrent Power, Jubilant Life Sciences, Torrent Pharma, Adani Gas, Gujarat Gas, Welspun India, Essar Oil, GNFC, GSFC, GACL, Bharat Petroleum, Yes Bank, Sintex, Suzlon, TCS, Coca Cola, Amul, KPMG and OPAL.
  • PDPU not only intends to broaden the opportunities for students and professionals to develop core subject knowledge, but also believes in duly complementing it by sound non-technical skills thereby helping the students to make a mark. As part of regular program our students are imparted training in areas of Communication Skills, Aptitude Test – (Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning), Group Discussion & Personal Interview Skills, Resume Writing, Corporate Etiquette – (Dressing, Grooming, Mannerisms). The sessions are a combination of classroom training and mock sessions of group discussions and personal interviews.
