I know a few people who graduated from NTTF. According to their experience, NTTF is quite strict.

You are not allowed to go out during class hours. There are specific time slots of around 15 minutes for tea and snacks, you can go out only then.
Mobiles are strictly prohibited.
Students and faculty have to be in college within time.
90% attendance is required at the campus.
If you have a two-wheeler, you are allowed to park inside the campus only if you have a helmet, and valid license.

So, NTTF is pretty strict about its rules and regulations.
