Yes, IISER Kolkata offers a 2 year-long MS program in Space Science. The application for the program is open now. Here are the application details.

To apply you need to have a recent bachelor's degree in Physics or Engineering with first class or equivalent and qualification in either GATE or other national eligibility test such as JEST.

The answer is both yes and no. IISER Bhopal offers an integrated P.hD. program. It is an amalgamation of two years Masters and 5 years of P.hD. The course duration is 5 years.
Although the institute doesn’t offer a separate MS degree, it offers an MS exit option. This means you can choose to opt out of the integrated P.hD. program after completing your 2-year long Masters.
