Yes, in fact, there is no way to apply for a certificate offline at Osmania University. So, you can apply for the convocation certificate online. The following are the steps to be considered.

Visit the website of the university
Register with the specific phone number in the “Examination cell: Apply online area”.
Submit memoranda and accompanying certificates must be in PDF format and be less than 50 MB in size. Also, attach one photograph being less than 75 kb in size.

In the end, register and apply for the convocation certificate. You will find all the information needed. In the directions section, you will find further information.
