Is 60% throughout enough or not at NICMAR during placements (for top construction companies), along with having 2 years of site experience?

You can still make a good career for yourself even if you do not have the requisite marks in 10th/12th.

But you should know that 5-7% of companies at NICMAR, consider 60% to 75% criteria for filtering out resumes. This helps them to reduce the number of students for interviewing during the placement process.

However, if you have good scores in graduation and MBA and break the stereotype of the average person with your consistency, reliability, communication skills, and intellect, then 8 out of 10 times your 12th percentage % will not matter.

My friend had scored 55% and was placed just after his second interview. He got through a 6-stage-placement-process of CBRE: a Fortune 500 company.
