CGC Landran and NIET Noida both offer Computer Science Engineering, however, there are a number of discrepancies that come into the picture when it comes to comparing the course at each university. The following points elaborate on the areas of eligibility, fee structure, placements, and faculty.

Admission:

  • To qualify for B.Tech CSE at CGC Landran, applicants must have 10+2 qualification as well as Computer science as a subject and appear for the JEE examination as the rank for the same is mandatory.

  • The placement rate at NIET is 100%. Further, it attracts companies like KPMG, Angel Broking, ICICI Banks among others. Recruiters at CGC Landran include Wipro, Polaris, Cipla, Axis Bank, and Amazon.

Faculty:

  • The faculty at CGC Landran is highly educated, with some teachers having PhDs in the CSE department. It is known to be very helpful and cooperative.
  • NIET faculty is known to have a good student-teacher ratio with much appreciation for the teaching process. Most teachers have an M.Tech degree while some have PhDs as well.

Most students are known to consider CGC Landran due to its well-known placement rate. Students should highly consider this point if they are especially looking for jobs post their degree. Other than this, fees and placement companies are points where CGC Landran tops NIET.
