How are the clubs at IIT Ropar?

There are a number of clubs active at IIT Ropar and they work under different boards. The boards and the clubs that work under them are:

BOCA (Board of Cultural Affairs): This board is in charge of all the cultural clubs of IIT Ropar. They are as follows:

• Dance Club
• Music Club
• Dramatics Club
• Photography Club
• Fine Arts Club

BOST (Board of Science and Technology): This board is in charge of coordinating the activities of the clubs that are involved in science and technology. The clubs are:

• Coding Club
• Fincom (Finance and economics) Club
• Robotics Club
• Astronomy Club
• Aeromodelling Club
• CIM Club
• Monochrome Club
• Automotive Club

BOLA (Board of Literary Affairs): All the activities of the clubs pertaining to literature are controlled by this board. 

• Literary Club
• Debating Club or Debsoc
• Enigma or the quizzing club
• Alpha Productions (Video making and editing)

All the clubs of IIT Ropar and the representatives of the club regularly conduct sessions and discuss how they can be innovative and interesting. The representatives of the clubs also hold intra-college competitions.
