The fees for NITIE Mumbai's PGDIE course is as mentioned below:

| Academic Charges | INR 4,45,000 | INR 4,25,000 |
| Facilities Charges | INR 1,45,000 | INR 1,45,000 |
| Student Welfare/Alumni Activities Charges | INR 63,000 | INR 70,000 |
| Hostel Charges | INR 60,000 | INR 60,000 |
| Deposits | INR 50,000 | - |
| Total Fees | INR 7,63,000 | INR 7,00,000 |
This is the fee structure of the PGDIE course. Also, the students who fall under the category of SC/ST and whose annual family income is less than INR 4,50,000 are exempted to pay the academic charges.
