I'm a student at IET Lucknow (IT Branch) & I'm appearing for JEE mains for my 3rd attempt. Shall I go for it?

Yes definitely. If you are still familiar with your 11th and 12th subjects, you should attempt JEE Main. If you can prepare well and hope to get a good rank, you will go a long way.

There are many of my friends who attempted JEE Main and got a good rank and are now in top NITs. This will positively impact your mental and emotional health and grow your career graph.

If you cannot get a better college than IET then do not get disheartened. IET Lucknow is not a bad college. Students from this institute have shown their caliber in GATE, CAT, GRE, and many other competitive exams. Placements here have been low due to a lack of willingness among companies to visit the campus.

However, keep in mind that there is no harm in trying and if you make informed choices then you can achieve success.
