I have friends from IRMA and the new IIMs. Here are some factors about the institutes that I learned through them. It can be helpful in deciding which institute is better for you.
So, if you wish to work as a business consultant for real estate firms or as an investment banker, you should probably avoid IRMA and go do general management from any new IIM that will provide you with a bigger responsibility in the future.
To summarise, this isn't even worth getting mixed up about. The fact that you're confused indicates that you are not sure about Rural. So, do not attend IRMA if You're still not sure. Join a general PGDM program at IIM Rohtak, for instance. Colleges of general management give you a year to work on a specialization. This option will be better for you if you are not sure about your niche.
