A job is a decision that should be based on the quality of the people you will be working with, which is impossible to determine. Any brand becomes a difficult place to work if your boss or colleagues are not rational and logical in their approach and vice versa. Job is something you can change depending on your desire and aptitude for work.

IIM Bangalore is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and brand. Education always gives wings to ideas, develops risk tolerance, and, most importantly, pushes you toward entrepreneurship. IIM B is a place where you will meet a variety of people who are there only after passing various rounds of selection and filtration and for one purpose, "Redefining themselves" through education, exposure, networking, and, of course, employment opportunities.

Education is a long-term investment that instills faith in you, which gives you hope in difficult times. Women who are educated contribute to a more educated society.

It is a better option to get an MBA degree. Once you get into a big company you tend to get lost in it. It is a quagmire and a maze. You have more options if you pursue an IIM degree and will get opportunities later to work at Google.

If you have got the option to be admitted to IIM Bangalore as well as a job offer from Google, it is going to be a tough choice. However, if you are not so desperate to earn money then opting for the IIM offer would be a better choice. You can always get an offer from Google once you gain entry into IIM Bangalore.

In the present scenario of COVID-19 where a lot of employees are being laid off, getting a job offer is in itself a great opportunity. While on the other hand, you can always opt for working at Google for a while and then take up studying at IIM Bangalore.

If you have a minimum of five years of work experience, you can also opt for a one-year full-time executive MBA anywhere at IIM Bangalore, Ahmedabad, or Calcutta for which you will have to give a GMAT.
