How can we make IIITM Gwalior a better institute?

Improving any educational institute is a collaborative effort that requires input from students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other stakeholders. Here are some suggestions that could help make IIITM Gwalior a better institute:

• Enhance the quality of education: IIITM Gwalior should focus on delivering high-quality education and offer more opportunities for hands-on learning. The institute could explore partnerships with industry leaders to provide students with practical training and help them develop real-world skills.
• Encourage research and innovation: IIITM Gwalior should encourage students and faculty to engage in research and innovation. The institute could provide funding, equipment, and facilities for research and support collaboration with industry and academia.
• Build a vibrant campus culture: The institute should build a vibrant campus culture that fosters creativity, diversity, and inclusivity. This could be achieved through various cultural, social, and sporting events that bring students and faculty together.
• Improve infrastructure: The institute should invest in improving the infrastructure of the campus. This could include upgrading the library, classrooms, laboratories, and other facilities.

Although IIITM Gwalior is a very good college in terms of its campus and college environment, the college should make changes in the following aspects in order to make it a better institute

• The college lacks a proper student forum and committee where the student can share their problems and get them resolved. The student body or forum should be supported by the faculty members as well.
• Along with their focus on the academics and industry readiness programs, the college should also focus on the personality development of the students.
• The college should also focus on building a strong alumni base for the students. This alumni forum will help the students in communicating with alumni and getting knowledge from their experiences.
• There are no major events on campus. The college should build various teams and organize such events on the campus.

These are a few of the things that my friends from the institute feel are in need of improvement.
