L.N. Mishra Institute, Patna is definitely better compared to CIMAGE, Patna. It offers good academics. The institute has an excellent faculty base. The faculty members are friendly and cooperative. You can contact them, regarding any problem.

L. N. Mishra also has a good placement record. According to the placement highlights students receive a median CTC of INR 3.2 LPA. TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. are some of the major recruiters that visit the campus drive regularly.

LNMI and CIMAGE are two reputed institutes and are currently functioning under Aryabhatta Knowledge University. I know people from both institutes and here are the reviews that I got from them.

LNMI:

  • LNMI is an old Autonomous institute owned by the Bihar Government.
  • The institute does not have much sense of discipline.
  • There is a lack of placement opportunities. The situation is even worse for undergraduates.
  • Very few multinational companies visit the campus for the recruitment of students. The average CTC offered by the institute is around 3 LPA.
  • Most of the students are forced to prepare for other competitive examinations such as banking exams on their own.

CIMAGE:

  • CIMAGE is a privately operated institution. It functions under an Educational Trust.
  • The classes and workshops are managed properly.
  • The institute offers decent placements. More than 1000 students of the institute manage to place themselves in firms such as Wipro, TCS, ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, Bajaj Finance, Airtel, Vodafone, HCL Tech, etc. Students receive an average CTC of around 3.3 LPA.

Both institutes are reputed and are working under Aryabhatta Knowledge University. Go through the above-mentioned points and choose the institute that is better for you.
