Among the above two institutes, CSE at IIIT Kota is a good option, considering the placement statistics of the institute. The table below gives a brief level of comparison of both the institutes, specific to the branch of CSE.

The syllabus followed by IIIT Kota is very much advanced, being a much newer institute. Students get to learn a lot about newer technologies, some of which are not even taught in NIT Jaipur.
Considering the details of placement in both the institutes, it is very much evident that CSE at IIIT Kota is much ahead of CSE at NIT Sikkim in terms of the average and highest package offered.

So, considering the placements and curriculum into account, IIIT Kota is a better choice for Computer Science and Engineering.
