One of my friends graduated from IIIT Vadodara, I would suggest you go for IIIT Vadodara. Here are some reasons as to why this is my option:

It has a very good Coding Culture and exciting fests since the beginning.
Students have got a lot of success in competitions like GSOC and have many GCI Mentors as well.
There are the newly started Developer Students Club (DSC) and CodeChef Campus Chapter(CCC) too, and also Summer of Learning(SoL). The coding Culture here is a lot better than in many other Colleges.
The faculty is well qualified and highly experienced.
IIITV is getting better in Placements year by year with great offers.

Highest salary	INR 43.5 LPA	INR 30 LPA
Average salary	INR 13 LPA	INR 8 LPA

The only drawback at IIIT Vadodara is that there is no permanent campus, which will be built soon. Also, the 32km distance between campus and hostel is tiring.
