Other than IIM Lucknow, the other management institutions in the city are very average. Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow is an average institution. It should not be on your priority list.
My friend applied to the Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow with no intention of joining it. She said that even though she gave the interview half-heartedly, she was still selected for admission.
This made my friend feel that the institution holds the personal interview as a mere formality. The main scope of the institution is to admit students and charge high fees, regardless of their scores, GD/PI performance, or other parameters of assessment.
During the placements in 2023, 300+ recruiters visited the campus for placements. The highest domestic CTC stood at 22 LPA and the average CTC stood at 12.34 LPA. Though the 2023 placement figures are good for the Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow, I would still suggest you aim for joining the top business schools. You can always choose this institution in case you are not able to get admission into a better one.

Through the campus drives for placement, many of my friends got into a rather famous telecom giant in the country, where they worked with top executives of the region, before quitting and starting their own business. I don’t know about other entrepreneurs, but I do know that other institutes wouldn’t really spend that much focus to move students into realizing their true place.

My answer is based on my sisters' experience and review who chose Jaipuriya Institute of Management Lucknow for PGDM because of its high rankings, faculty profiles, and the excellent placement scenario. Here is a review based on her experience
In all, Jaipuriya Institute of Management is a good choice for MBA.
If you have great scores, I will recommend you to go for an institute better than Jaipuria and if you have average scores then too Jaipuria should never be your chance. In this case, you should get your MBA/PGDM degree from any average UP college that charges low fees in comparison to Jaipuria. The placement scenario will be similar and you will end up with a smaller loan to repay. I know a friend who completed her MBA from Jaipuria and later realized that she got zero ROI from the institute. Superficially, the placement scenario seems to be great, but the kind of companies that visit are average and the placement figures are inflated.
No doubt, the institute offers a great academic environment and placements, but getting placed in a good company might sometimes become very challenging and the overall ROI will be very low. However, the institute helps in the holistic development of the student's personality and helps them become a more confident person.
