It is not possible to transfer to Thiagarajar College of Engineering from ACCET, in second year. It is Govt. aided college. Students of ACCET have the option to transfer to Govt. colleges only. You can transfer to colleges such as P.S.G Technology, Coimbatore, GCE Salem, GCE Coimbatore, and other Govt. colleges.

It is not quite possible to transfer in the 2nd year to Thiagarajar College of Engineering from ACCET. You can and should definitely try in other colleges as well. There are certain cut-off criteria that need to be matched. The cut-off is said to be very high. and even if you get into this college after a transfer, you would be beginning from the first year.

TCE follows a Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and that is the reason why college-level transfer and internal transfer (Intra college — department changes) are not possible. One of my friends tried to change to TCE but wasn’t successful.
