Amity University interview starts with a brief introduction. You will be asked to talk a little bit about yourself. You can expect questions on the subject you applied in. There usually are a few basic questions as well. They may ask about your extracurricular activities, your goal in life, why you want to choose Amity, etc.

One of my friends took admission at Amity University a few years back. According to her, the interview round isn’t very difficult, especially if you are appearing for an undergraduate degree.

They will probably start off the interview by asking you to introduce yourself, your interests and hobbies, reason for choosing Amity, and the course. Then there may be a few questions regarding your subject of choice.

Here are some of the questions that my friend had to answer.

  • Why Amity?
  • Why this course particularly?
  • What is your expected outcome for this course?
  • Questions regarding board examination.
  • Questions regarding her parents and siblings.
  • What are your career goals?

At first, you have to come across the English test of Amity that comprises an essay test wherein you would be asked to write two essays based on any two contemporary topics. On completion of your essay, you have to face the interview board.

Some interview questions that recruiters frequently ask are listed below:

  • Tell me something about yourself?
  • About your family?
  • About your schooling?
  • Your strength and weakness?
  • Why do you want to choose this course?
  • About your favorite subject in the 12th class, and some questions on that.
  • May be asked you to draw the diagram or asked you to solve some problems related to the course. How will you pay the fees?
  • What is your aim?
  • What is your long-term goal?

It is suggested to just relax, be confident and honestly answer all questions. They will want to see your skills, so be prepared for any such conversation. Other than this only general questions are asked by the interviewers.
