Which is better, CSE at IIT Gandhinagar, Bhubaneswar or Ropar?

All of these IITs are newly established IITs and offer decent CSE programs. According to the NIRF Rankings 2020, IIT Bhubaneswar is ranked at 22, IIT Gandhinagar at 24, and IIT Ropar at 25.

• Location and infrastructure- Gandhinagar is the capital of Gujarat and IIT Gandhinagar is at a central location. The infrastructure of the college is beautiful and is equipped with all the necessary facilities. The campus has fully air-conditioned hostels with free wifi and sports ground for different sports and many other facilities. Whereas IIT Bhubaneswar is 35 km away from Bhubaneswar City. It has facilities like hostels, gymkhana, Training centers and Research Park.
