IIIT Sri City is the best option among these. It has a better placement record. Also, the resources and the facilities offered for research are the best at IIIT Sri City among these four institutes.

Over the last few years, the institute has maintained an impressive placement record. According to IIIT Sri City placement highlights of 2021, the average and highest CTC offered were INR 12.02 LPA and INR 43 LPA. Companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, L&T Infotech, etc. took part in the placement drive.

The preference order should be IIIT Sri City, IIIT Vadodara, IIIT Lucknow, and IIIT Pune. IIIT Sri City has the best research culture among all the institutions mentioned. Discussed below are a few of the aspects that you need to keep in mind.

For Placement:

You can get decent placements from any of these four institutes. But in order to secure placement, you have to work hard on your own. You can also join peer groups (online or offline to improve coding skills. You will need decent coding skills in order to secure a job in the current industry. These four institutes do not offer training for competitive coding.

For Research:

For research, you won’t need good coding skills. Abstract Mathematical Maturity is more than enough to understand or write your own research papers.

For Different Subjects:

If your aim is to become a Software Developer, 12th standard Mathematics is enough. However, for Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer/Cyber Security, or even Theoretical Computer Science you need an understanding of graduate-level Mathematics.

So, before choosing, consider what you want to do in the next 20-30 years
