With a JEE Main rank of 30961, you have a good chance of getting CSE. According to the recent trends of IET DAVV cutoff, the opening and closing ranks for CSE were 30635 and 41692 respectively. If you don’t get CSE in the first round, you should get it in the second round of counseling. Naturally, the required cutoff changes every year depending on various factors.

Yes, you will get CSE at IET DAVV at rank 30961. The admission process is through the counseling of MP date.
