What is your review of Christ University?
Christ University is one of the most famous private universities in India and is known for its professional courses and career opportunities in terms of placements.
- Campus: Christ University has six campuses. The four campuses of the university are located in Bangalore, Karnataka and the other two are in Delhi NCR and Pune Lavasa. The most famous campus of Christ University is the Bangalore Central Campus.
- Admission Criteria: The university offers admission based on the Christ University Entrance Test to most courses like BBA, BCA, M.Com, M.Tech, etc. Students who will qualify for the entrance exam, have to appear for a micro presentation round
- Fee Structure: The course fee ranges from INR 85,000 to INR 4.65 lakhs per year for Karnataka candidates and the fee for other state students ranges from INR 95,000 to INR 4.75 lakhs yearly.
- Popular Courses: Some of the most opted courses at Christ University Bangalore are B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA.
- Placements: Christ University has a good placement record for all major courses, with a high percentage of students getting placed every year. The average package offered to the students varies from course to course and ranges from INR 4-6 LPA overall.
- Faculty: The faculty of Christ University is an asset to the institution as most of them are recognized degree holders in their domains and students can ask their doubts as many times as they want.
- Social Life: Christ University has students from all over the world. Students at Christ University actively engage in various clubs, events, competitions, national and international workshops and seminars, and performances throughout the academic year.

Christ University is good in terms of academics, faculties, student crowd, and campus. One of the greatest perks of being on the Christ University Bangalore campus is the community. You will get to meet people from different backgrounds.
Academics are strict at Christ. You will need to work hard to score good grades. Try to be on good terms with the professor from your department.
The university campus is big. There are lots of places for sports and walking around. The campus has a huge library with a decent collection.

Pros -
- Well maintained and clean campus with state of the art infrastructure.
- Excellent event management and apt organization of fests.
- The best auditorium and library in Bangalore according to students and citizens.
- Brilliant placement record and career scope, specifically from the Big 4’s.
- Host to different weekly events and inter-college fests.
- A diverse crowd provides a good mixture of culture and ethics.
- A good number of clubs and associations for students to join.
- NAAC-A graded institute and a highly respected university.
- Good student exchange programs with excellent Arts and B.Com. Hons courses.
- The university maintains quality placement & student exchange programs.
- It also facilitates a positive aura of learning from various people across the country.
- No other university in India organizes the Best Ethenic Day as the Christ University.
Cons -
- Some of the staff and faculty members are so rude that they don't even communicate properly.
- Management is not that good seldom takes any legal action against the troubles & issues faced by candidates.
- As per the rules & regulations, 85% attendance is mandatory, but the fact is 95% is necessary to score good internal marks.
- Timings are not as good as sometimes students have to wait for too long just to attend a lecture of 1 hour because of unusual breaks between lectures.
- Sometimes there exists a massive communication gap between a particular candidate and faculty thus giving rise to misunderstandings.
Although there are several cons it is a good university and is amongst the top institutes of the country and is definitely a good choice.
