My rank is around 400 in chance memo in AMUEEE. What are the chances of getting admission in AMU?

As per the AMU admission trends of the last few years, around 300-350 ranks in the Chance memo list get cleared. You may wait until the 3rd chance memo list. But there’s no way to know whether you will get in or not. It entirely depends on the no of vacant seats.

AMUEEE is one of the toughest entrance examinations conducted by Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). A rank of 400 in the chance memo, is good but it may not be sufficient to secure admission.

In the past, AMU has cleared more than 400 chance memos for admission. However, that does not happen each year. In general, up to 300 chance memos are cleared.
It is almost impossible for you to get in your favorite engineering branch with a 400 chance memo rank. As AMU prefers selected candidates over candidates who remain on the waiting list.

The most preferred and favorite branches of candidates preparing for engineering in AMU are electrical and computer. With this rank, you may not get these branches. Even the seats in these branches are limited and in case if any selected candidates remain absent then the students with higher rank in chance memo get the seats first.

If you are an internal student you may get selected. However, for external students, the chances of getting admission with a memo rank of 400 are quite slim.
