The placement cell of ITM B-school Chennai is quite active. The institute provides a five-month Intensive Internship Program with on-the-job training. It also opens a plethora of opportunities for the candidates to work with the top-most companies in the banking and management sectors. Various companies like KPMG, E&Y, Deloitte, SBI, and PwC, etc. marked their presence in the institute’s placement drives since these many years. There is a record of 100% placement in the institute in the year 2019. Around 650 recruiters have visited the campus in the placement drive during the year. While talking about the remuneration package offered during placement drives, the highest package offered to the students stood at Rs 22 LPA. The average CTC offered was Rs 8.5 LPA.
