Yes, you are eligible for admission with 48% marks in graduation at the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, and Certificate courses are available in IGNOU. Some courses need a minimum of 50% marks in graduation, and some need a lower percentage. Some courses may require work experience and entrance test scores. They may have a minimum age requirement apart from the percentage requirement.
