GIM PGDM has a faculty advisor facility for each of their students. The faculty advisor facilitates academic and professional guidance and keeps a track of a student's progress. On the other hand, IMI HRM is accredited by NBA as well as AMBA and it has a total of 8 faculty members with PhDs.

Admission

  • The admission process is based on merit and students need 50% or above marks in graduation and passing marks in Masters for both the programs. 
  • Additionally, CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT qualification is also needed.

Infrastructure

  • IMI Delhi is air-conditioned; it has a BOC Conference Room; RPG Auditorium and the Williamson Magor Library.
  • GIM has a residential campus with a swimming pool, basketball court, a library with a tie-up with the University of Ohio; a Finance Lab, and a data mining center as well.

Placements 2019-20

GIM

  • In 2019, saw 100% placements. The main summer internship areas were in Consulting, E-commerce, Education, IT, FMCG, Retail, and Exchange Program.
  • Over 35 PPOs were offered, with an average of 12.85 LPA. A total of 164 companies visited for placements, including 44 new companies. Students were offered 34 LPA as the highest international CTC and 24 LPA as the highest domestic CTC.
  • The major recruiters at GIM were Reliance, EY, Cognizant, and Godrej.

IMI Delhi

  • In 2019, the HRM program saw a 46% new recruiters and a 25% increase in the number of PPOs.
  • 39% of students chose to work with Axis Bank, Tata, ICICI Bank, etc in the financial sector; 9% went into the logistics sector; 7% got recruited by the FMCG sector and 21% went into consultation services.
  • The highest CTC offered to HRM students at IMI Delhi was INR 13.35 LPA and the average offered was 11.84 LPA. The major recruiters were Reliance, BMW, Indian Oil, and Nestle.

Students can choose the program of their liking based on the factors above, with future prospects in mind and resource utilization.
