Presidency University is a fair option if you want to pursue your B.Tech and the two main reasons are course and faculty. If you do not get into IITs or NITs then Presidency can be considered as a good option as it is ranked at 71 by The Week.

Admission:

  • The eligibility criteria that students need to fulfill in order to take admission in the BTech program is 10+2 with at least 45% marks.

  • The entrance examinations accepted for BTech admission are JEE Main, KCET, COMEDK, or any other state-level engineering entrance.

  • The average fee per year for B.Tech at Presidency University falls somewhere near Rs. 2.1 lakh per year. If you get admitted through Management Quota, then your fee is expected to be higher.
