What are some reviews on IIT Bhilai, IIT Goa, IIT Dharwad, and IIT Tirupati?

I am a student of one of these new IITs- IIT Goa, which was established in 2016. IIT Goa is an Institute of National Importance, and is mentored by IIT Bombay. IITB supports the institution in every manner, be it for academics or infrastructure. 

Here are some important features of IIT Goa-

1. Campus- The temporary campus is located in Goa Engineering College, Farmagudi, Ponda. It is around 29 kms away from Panaji city. The campus covers nearly 250 acres. It is green and beautiful, especially in the rainy season. There are plenty of scenic locations in and around the campus for photography enthusiasts.

2. Sports Facilities- IIT Goa shares its sports facilities with GEC, which include, a cricket ground, a football ground, a badminton court, a basketball court and a gym. The members of cricket and football teams visit the grounds in nearby Ponda city.

3. Academic Infrastructure- The college has ample lecture halls and tutorial rooms. The library is small. It contains course related books, a few novels and some poetry books. The novels and poetry books are in English and Hindi languages.

4. Other Facilities- The campus houses a branch of Corporate Bank, along with its ATM. There’s a general store which offers eggs, maggie, coke, and other such small items of daily need. Ponda City is just 3-4 km away from the college campus. A doctor is available at certain hours inside the college, and a van is available 24*7 for medical emergencies. The hospital is located nearby. 

The college is under constant development and improvement, both academically and infrastructurally. IIT Goa is a good college with a lot of potential. You can ask some seniors from IIT Tirupati, IIT Bhilai and IIT Dharwad about their respective colleges.
