Yes, Manipal University, Jaipur is a good option for pursuing a Law degree. The university has a dedicated faculty pool. The student crowd is decent, you will get to meet many talented individuals.

Extra-curricular activities like debate, extempore, and group discussions are organized every Friday. The university conducts regular Intra moot courts. It also organizes National Moot Court competitions every year. Every top law schools participate in it. 

Manipal Jaipur has different cells like Human Rights cell, International relations cell. These cells work together and create awareness among people by organizing conferences, workshops, and surveys.

B.A. LL.B. (Hons) and BBA LL.B. ( Hons) -

  • Students need a minimum of 50% score in their 10+2 examinations in any stream, for reserved category students, the said criteria are 45% for SC/ST category students.

  • The admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examinations and a personal interview conducted by the university.

LL.B. -

  • For admission in the LL.B. program at Manipal University Jaipur, students need a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (the said criteria are 45% for SC/ST category students).

  • Finally, the admissions are granted on the basis of the qualifying examinations and a personal interview.

LL.M. -

  • The university offers LL.M. in Corporate & Commercial Law as well as Criminal & Security Law.

  • Candidates seeking admission for LL.M. must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university in the concerned discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate score (the said criteria are 48% for SC/ST category students).

Also, the final admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the MUJ written entrance test as well as the qualifying examinations.
