NIT Kurukshetra IT is a much better choice than NIT Delhi CSE. IT is in fact a much better branch these days considering the syllabus of both branches.

NIT Kurukshetra B.Tech ranking by NIRF is 58 out of 200 colleges in India in 2023.
NIT Kurukshetra is as old as NIT Delhi so its infrastructure, alumni network, and brand name are at par with NIT Delhi.
NIT Kurukshetra has air-conditioned classrooms, and well-maintained hostels and is located remotely in a serene area whereas NIT Delhi, is nowhere located near the city of Delhi.
