Documents requirement for admission in jabashetty ayurvedic college?

Here’s a list of the documents required for UG admissions at NK Jabshetty Ayurvedic College-

1. Admit Card
2. Scorecard or Rank Letter
3. Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)
4. Class 12 certificate and mark sheet
5. ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)
6. Eight passport-size photographs
7. Provisional Allotment Letter
8. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
9. PWD Certificate (if applicable)
10. Fee Receipt

For PG admissions, the list of necessary documents includes-

1. AIAPGET 2023 scorecard 2. AIAPGET 2023 Admit Card 3. Mark sheet of 1st, 2nd and 3rd-year exam 4. Degree Certificate (permanent or provisional) 5. Internship completion certificate issued by the Head of the Institution 6. 10th certificate as proof of birth 7. Valid Government Identity proofs (Driving License/ PAN Card/Voter ID/Passport or Aadhar Card) 8. A PWD certificate, if applicable 9. SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable

You’ll have to bring the original documents for verification, and an attested copy of each document for submission, during the counseling.
