What will be better for me, CSE at IIT Indore, electrical at IIT Kanpur or CSE at IIT BHU?

IIT Kanpur is the best option for you provided that you have no interest in programming. IIT Indore on the other hand is known for its rich coding culture while IIT BHU has an elaborate alumni pool. Placements-wise, both are at a similar level. 

IIT Indore: The city life here is great although the campus has not been fully developed yet so you can have all the basic amenities yet won’t experience the real college-life experience. 

IIT BHU: This is a good choice for a good campus life experience. However, IIT-BHU operates under the Banaras Hindu University which also comprises other colleges the students of which are much more politically invested. So the environment here is a bit questionable. 

IIT Hyderabad: It enjoys the best location among the options you have as it is located in the IT hub. Most top rankers prefer it as it attracts good companies. Again, you will have to give up on good campus life as there are no cultural clubs and events. 

Ultimately, IIT Kanpur should be the first choice provided you aren’t interested in CSE followed by IIT Hyderabad. IIT Indore should be considered if you are certain of your interest in competitive programming while IIT BHU is for those looking for an extensive alumni network.
