PES University as well as VTU offers undergraduate, graduate as well as doctorate courses. However, PES University offers a wider selection of subjects to choose from ranging from law, business administration, design, etc. On the other hand, VTU offers engineering courses along with MBA, MCA, and Architecture. Some of the main aspects of comparison between the two institutes are mentioned below.

Admission:

BTech, MBA, MCA are some of the popular programs offered at both universities. Besides these courses, the two institutes also offer plenty of other degree programs in various disciplines.

  • For BTech, PES University and VIT accept KCET and KMAT scores respectively. The first-year course fee for BTech at PES and VIT is INR 3.3 lakhs and INR 7,720 respectively.

  • For MBA PES University accepts PESSAT scores. Whereas VIT accepts CAT/MAT scores. The course fee for MBA at PES and VIT is INR 4.5 lakhs and INR 7,920 respectively.

  • For MCA both PES and VIT accept PGCET scores. The first-year course fee for MCA at PES University and VIT are respectively INR 2 lakhs and INR 8,470.

PES University:

VTU:

All laboratories at the institute are well furnished and with modern technologies. The library at the college is a source of information, research as well as books that students may require.
