You can download IGNOU study material 2022 from the official website of eGyanKosh. It is a national digital repository for all learning resources of IGNOU.

Visit the website, and fill in the registration form.
After registration, login and enter your course name or course code, or relevant keyword in the search window.
Enter your course or course code to view or download the study material. Click on respective blocks and under the list of items, you will find respective links.
To download click on the view/download option.
