Usually an above 60 is considered to be an average mark in CAT. For BIT Mesra the cut off of CAT 2022 is:

Entrance Exam	Minimum Percentile/Score (General)	Minimum Percentile/Score (SC/ST)
CAT	40	35

It is suggested that you should consider it only if you are unable to wait for another year and the college does not matter. It is better to prepare again rather than choosing an average college for MBA.
