What is an MBA like at Andhra University?

Andhra University is a decent option for an MBA. It is well-recognized nationally and internationally. Although the infrastructure and facilities have room for improvement. Andhra University placements have been good over the recent years. Each year around 75% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is around INR 5.8 LPA. TCS, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HPCL, etc. are among the major recruiters that take part in campus recruitment.

MBA at Andhra University will not prove to be a good step for your career. MBA is one of the most popular courses in the world. It holds its reputation in India and abroad. So, it will be better if you opt for MBA in reputed institutions like IIMs, majorly IIM A, B and C.

Though Andhra University is popular enough, for their faculty, library and sports facilities. It is better if you prepare yourself to get admission in an IIM rather than spending 2 years of MBA in a regular institution.

There are certain things that make AU not appropriate for an MBA. These include the inconsistent lectures, their orthodox teaching approach, less enthusiastic students, and punctuality. If these are not improved it can never be at par with the level of the IIMs.
