You need to apply for your provisional certificate online on the VTU website.
Go to the VTU website, find the examination section and click on online fee payment.
Fill out your details and select Provisional Degree Certificate for the type of fees remitted.
Pay the fees, i.e. Rs. 400. After your payment is complete, you will get an acknowledgment stating that your payment is successful and you will get a transaction id. Note it down. Your payment receipt will be mailed to the email id you mentioned.
Take a printout of the PDC application form. Fill it up. Submit the application form and a printout of the fee receipt to the regional office.
You will get your provisional certificate in one week. You will have to go to the regional office to collect the certificate.
