Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University isn’t a good option for pursuing technical courses. The curriculum followed by the institute is outdated. You will only learn the theoretical aspects of engineering. It doesn’t offer the practical hands-on experience students require to excel in the technical field.
Most students usually get placed in the IT sector, irrespective of their branches. The highlights of recent AKTU placements show the average package offered by the institute to be around INR 2-3 LPA.
AKTU holds the tag of being the largest university in Asia. But it lags behind the reputed technological institute by a huge margin, in terms of quality of education. Following is a brief review that I got from my friends at AKTU.
Judging by all these factors, I will suggest that you choose other options for your B.Tech.
