How good are the UIET Kurukshetra University placements?

One of my friends studied at UIET Kurukshetra University. According to him, it is a terrific institute that provides exceptional placement opportunities. 

• The faculty here are highly experienced. 
• Students of UIET are employed in the army, ISRO, BARC, and many PSUs. 
• For CSE and ECE departments, the placement opportunities are offered to 50% of the batch. The major recruiter here is Infosys, offering an average package of 3.5 LPA. 
• You can also try for off-campus recruitment or prepare for GATE. 
• In the Biotech department, around 15% of the students receive placements in several startups. An average package of 3 LPA is offered.

If you are unable to get admissions in any of the IIT, NITs, IIITs, DTU, or in top private engineering colleges such as VIT, BITS then you may opt for UIET KUK without any further hesitation.
