Should I choose ECE in SSN Chennai, or EEE NIT Trichy?

I have friends from both NIT Trichy and SSN Chennai, so I can give you some information regarding the institutes. 

• NIT Trichy has proper infrastructure and amazing campus life. The area of the campus is about 880 acres and is the only engineering college campus that is bigger than that of the campus of IIT Kharagpur.
• The student crowd at college belongs to different areas of the country so you will experience a diverse peer group. Also, because of this, the NIT Trichy scores high as the peer group plays an important role. You will get to meet and learn from many talented students. 
• SSN Chennai on the other hand is somewhat like a school. Their strict class schedule and regular examination can get on your nerves. NIT Trichy’s curriculum is more relaxed in comparison. 
• Placements at NIT Trichy are definitely better. According to the recent placement highlights the average CTC offered is around 6 LPA. 

Therefore, NIT Trichy would be a better choice in all aspects.
