Which is better, an MBA from IIT Kanpur or a PGDISEM program from NITIE?

Being an MBA from IIT Kanpur myself I can vouch for the institution. I think opting for an MBA from IIT Kanpur is a better choice than going for the PGDISEM program from NITIE.

IIT Kanpur MBA is known for its excellent curriculums and research opportunities that it offers to the students including the summer internship programs.
IIT Kanpur MBA department is ranked 23^rd in the NIRF ranking.
The placement for the MBA department is remarkable with almost 90% of students being offered placements.
The highest package is INR 24 LPA and the average package is INR 18.14 LPA.

MBA from any IIT would be nothing more than a disappointment that you would face except for Mumbai. ISEM is more of a cranny/vocational course that imparts knowledge and skills about maintaining, supporting, and for the well-being of society.

Hence, it leaves no scope of finance, marketing, and other fields of MBA that you would wish to explore. When it comes to placements, they provide better placement opportunities in comparison to MBA programs at IIT. Make a wise choice in the selection of your college.
